HEY GUESS WHAT ALL AUSSIE HIPHOP ISN'T SUPER-OCKER STUFF (not that there's anything wrong with that). After seeing the term "Aussie hiphop" get placed in very genre-specific box for far too long, Simone "Boss Lady" Amelia - former editor of Australian magazine Urban Hitz, now a New York socialite (hah) - and myself decided to get to work on a mixtape that showcases the variety of sounds coming from our little corner of the globe.
Who'd have thought you'd see Iggy Azalea and Briggs on the same mixtape. Not Briggs I bet, that's for sure.
